What areas do you serve?
We are based in Palm Bay and work all of Brevard County: Melbourne, West Melbourne, Viera, Rockledge, Merritt Island, Cocoa, Titusville, and the beachside from Cocoa Beach down through Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, Indialantic and Melbourne Beach. Close by but not listed? Call, the answer is usually yes.
What services do you offer?
Two trades under one roof. Pavers: driveways, patios, walkways, pool decks, and thin paver overlays on existing concrete. Concrete: new driveways and patios, stamped concrete in dozens of patterns and colors, and stamped overlays that resurface a worn slab. Pool deck remodels and resurfacing run through both trades.
Do you do both pavers and stamped concrete?
Yes, and it changes the advice you get. A paver company sells pavers and a concrete company sells concrete. We install both, so at the estimate you see each option priced on your actual project and pick what fits the house, the ground and the budget.
Are estimates really free?
Yes. We come to the property, measure the real surface, and talk through options on the spot. You get a real number for your actual job, not a phone guess that changes later. There is no charge and no obligation.
Can you resurface my existing concrete instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. A slab that is structurally sound but worn or ugly can take a stamped concrete overlay or a thin paver overlay, which costs less than tear-out. A slab that is cracked through, heaved or sinking needs replacement. We tell you plainly which side your slab is on.
What is a stamped concrete overlay?
A bonded cement layer applied over your existing slab, then stamped and colored like new decorative concrete. It turns a plain gray patio, porch or driveway into stone, wood plank or brick looks without demolition. It needs a sound slab underneath, which is exactly what the free estimate checks.
How do I pick patterns and colors?
At the estimate. We bring pattern and color options, look at your house and existing surfaces, and match the finish to them. Stone, slate, wood plank and brick patterns are the common picks, and custom work like borders and hand-carved details is available on top.
How soon can you start my project?
It depends on the season and the size of the job. Summer storms and pour schedules move things around in Florida. Call with what you have in mind and we give you the current lead time straight away.
